It has been my privilege to work with all of you for the past 10 years as an instructor for The Hospitality Academy at McCormick Place. I am sad to say that because of budget cuts at McCormick Place they did not renew our contract. I am pleased to announce that my company The SafeDining Association has been granted permission from The City of Chicago Department of Public Health to conduct the mandatory 3 hour Summer Fest Food Safety Seminar. We now are able to offer the same fine training that you are all used to, at our own more conveniently located downtown location at the same price that you have been paying in the past. Our training center is located at 205 W. Randolph St. (at the corner of Randolph and wells). We are in suite 1542. All parking lots are located with-in a short walk to our location. I have enclosed a seminar schedule and registration form. As in the past if you have 10 or more people that need to be certified we will come to you and conduct a private seminar. I would like to thank you all for your support over the past 10 years and I look forward to working with you and your organizations to help make our Summer Festivals in The City of Chicago a safe and fun place for all the millions of people who attend each year.
