What kind of talent do you book?
StarEvents,LLC books a variety of talent. Each festival features local, regional and national performers in genres including everything from alternative, country, R&B, children’s entertainment and reggae to blues, zydeco, rock n’ roll, pop, Latin and more.
How do I submit a press kit?
StarEvents, LLC prefers to receive electronic press kits (EPK’s) through www.SonicBids.com. If our preferred method is not an option for you, you can send your press kit through snail mail to:

What happens to my press kit once it’s received?
Once a press kit is received it is looked over, processed, and put into out system.
Who chooses the talent for your events?
Talent isn’t chosen solely by one person. The specific client holding the event, which may consist of a board and our talent buyer, chooses the best talent that fits each event.
How will I know if my band or I are picked to participate in a festival?
You or whoever your contact person or agency is on your press kit will be directly notified.
How is payment handled for talent by StarEvents?
All talent is typically paid by check – on site – at the festival.
