BECOME A VENDOR

Send your payment made payable to the correct payee (noted on each application page) and mail to the StarEvents office at 1609 W Belmont Ave, Chicago IL 60657.

Payments will be charged/deposited only if accepted into the festival. Please check your email for acceptance notice after the application deadline (listed on each event page).

IMPORTANT: if using a credit or debit card, you will see a PENDING CHARGE when submitting the application – this is simply reserving the funds, not charging your account; however, the pending charge will stay on your account for about 4-5 days, depending on your credit card company. 

There is a 3.5% + $0.15 processing fee for all credit cards.

If you receive an online form error when filling out your application, it is most likely the address or zip code you have entered. The address and zip code you enter on the online form must be the billing address and zip code REGISTERED to your card.

If you are having problems uploading photos and are using the correct file types and sizing, please upload a blank document and send the required photos separately to applications@starevents.com.

You may also download the application and fill it out by hand. Just click on the download option on the right side of the application. Send your completed application to applications@StarEvents.com or the StarEvents office.

You must have a WHITE tent to participate in a SE production. If you do not have a WHITE tent, you must rent one from us in order to participate in the event. Tents can not exceed 10 feet in height. All tents must be properly weighted prior to the start of the event. Weights are provided with rental tents only. SE is not responsible to weigh down your personal tent.

If you are a food vendor and require additional equipment that’s not listed on our application, please place your order with Tablescapes HERE.

Food vendors are required to have a 180 day special event permit or a single day event permit to participate in outdoor events in the City of Chicago. To receive these permits you will need a summer sanitation certificate, health inspection within 6 months of the event, COI, and completed application. Please email applications@starevents.com with any questions. All of this info can also be found on the City of Chicago’s website.
