Chicago’s historic Edgewater neighborhood will become a celebration of all things North Side as flavorful cuisine, award-winning entertainment, and family fun take center stage during Edge Fest. Now in its fifth year, this annual event focus on all things Edgewater, with local musicians and vendors showcasing all that the exciting neighborhood has to offer. With an outdoor café setting, Edge Fest will be a one-of-a-kind experience unlike any other on the city’s North Side.

Join us on Saturday, August 4th for our second annual pet parade! Pet registration opens at 10:30am, with gates opening at 11am. Participants are encouraged to show off their pets by entering them in one of four categories: best costume, best trick, smallest or biggest pet, and owner and pet look-alike contest! FROM CTA TRAINS

Edgefest is located at the intersection of Broadway  and Thorndale. If you’re planning on taking the CTA train, the red line will drop you off a block west of the fest at its Thorndale stop.

FROM CTA BUS

CTA Bus # 36 conveniently drops you off near the event at bus stop Broadway/Elmdale.

CLOSEST EXPRESSWAY

If you’re planning on driving to the event from the south, Lake Shore Drive is your best bet. Take LSD all the way down to its Hollywood Avenue exit. Continue west on Hollywood until you hit Broadway St. Turning north onto Broadway will lead you to the event location.
