Rocktober Beerfest celebrates the rich German heritage and plays off the spirit of a traditional beer festival. This year’s festival will take place in downtown Plainfield, Illinois and will feature ice cold beer, juicy brats, a kids area, rockin’ bands, and much more! Don’t forget to check out the stein holding competition and cheer on your favorite competitors as well.

As one of the final events of the season, you definitely won’t want to miss it! Join StarEvents in the official kickoff of the Oktoberfest season in Plainfield, while also benefiting the Village of Plainfield. Show up wearing your best lederhosen or dirndl, and let’s chug a beer! Prost!

Purchase a ticket online prior to September 21st to guarantee $5 one day entry (price will increase to $10 at the gate).
Kids 12 & under enter the festival for FREE!
Please note this event is CASH ONLY, and there will be ATM’s on-site.
No refunds will be issued for ticket purchases

Happy hour for free entry!

HAPPY HOUR: 4pm – 5pm EVERY DAY

Receive free admission for you and a guest plus two beverage tokens when you sign up for Happy Hour. Arrive before 5PM to receive. Sign up in advance to secure your spot!

*No re-entry. Must have valid ID for specific happy hour. When you arrive, check in at the entrance gate.

Getting to Rocktober Beerfest

Location

GETTING TO W 143RD ST @ S VAN DYKE RD

ADDRESS

Located in the new Pace Park-n-Ride lot in Plainfield Township on S. Van Dyke Rd.

Just North of the Post Office & South of 143rd in Downtown Plainfield.

The closest intersection is Van Dyke & Depot. If you are using Google Maps, put in the intersection Van Dyke & 143, which is a block over (Depot is not on Google Maps).

CLOSEST EXPRESSWAY

If you’re planning on driving to the festival, the best expressway to use is I-55 and head West to Plainfield. Type in “Pace Park-n-Ride Plainfield, Plainfield Township, IL” into Google Maps and it will take you right to the venue.

PARKING

Free parking will be available at the PACE lot Friday until bus service ends, and all day Saturday & Sunday. There will also be parking available in the front lot of the Police Department (14300 S. Coil Plus Drive) and the front lot of the Public Works Facility (14400 S. Coil Plus Drive), adjacent to the Police Department.

What a great fest! It was my first time attending this event, and I had the most fabulous time! Great food, great beer, and awesome bands. No better way to say goodbye to Summer! Definitely coming back!
